When an affiliate submits the Affiliate Registration Form, HubSpot Admins are requires to take the following steps to ensure a smooth operation of the Affiliate related workflows.

Step 1
Add Affiliate Full Name to the dropdown property.
Step 2
Go to Workflows and look for Populate Affiliate in Contacts, and always look for the latest version (in this case, version 2 is the latest)
