On your contact page, find the section Pre-Promotion and then the property Promotion Talk Completion Date in the left sidebar. (See screenshot below) Then select the date the promotion talk took place. "Anticipated Promotion talk date" does not trigger an AE, it´s just for you to plan. You can for example create a view with all anticipated promo talk dates later.
