On your contact page, find the section Pre-Promotion and then the property All Promotion Fields filled out in the left sidebar. (See screenshot below) You can then select Yes if you have filled out all Pre-Promotion properties. Please make sure you have completed the Promotion Talk, sent out the Promo Preperations & Appointment AE and filled out the Athlete Profile Link before selecting that you have completed all properties.
