On your contact page, find the section Send Commitment AE's and there the property Athletic Scholarship Agreement AE Form Link in the left sidebar (See screenshot )Then click on the arrow and it will open the form in a new Tab.
For this email to be sent out please make sure the following infos are known:
1. Name of University
2. Commitment Date
3. Scholarship agreement Signed set to Yes
In the form please change the text so that it makes sense for your client. Once you are done click Submit and it will send out the AE to your client.
