How to send "Instructions how and when to commit" AE?

This article guides you to find the property that triggers the "Instructions how and when to commit" email.

On your contact page, find the property Send Commitment Instructions Email in the left sidebar (under Send Commitment AEs, then set it to "Yes". This action triggers the email to your client. (See screenshot below)
