Promotion Bonus Calcualtion

This article shows you which properties need to be filled out for the promotion bonus. 

The bonus will be calculated and paid out when then promotion bill was paid by the client. 
Each of the fields below give you one point. In the end the bonus will be calculated by the points you received from all of the things mentioned below. 

The bonus will be calculated based on the following properties: 

  1. Confirm Status of Client (General Infos)
  2. Expected gration year (General Infos)
  3.  Current Grade Point Average (home country)  (General Infos)
  4. Language Test (Select the test or not required)
  5.  Expected Language Test Date (not needed if 4 is not required)
  6. SAT/ACT/GMAT/GRE/GED Test (Select the test or not required)
  7.  Expected SAT/ACT/GMAT/GRE/GED Test Date  (not needed if 6 is not required)
  8. First talk date is filled out
  9. First Talk AE is sent out
  10. Eligibility Situation Email is sent out
  11. Video Material AE is sent out or Fast Track promotion is set to Yes
  12. Promotion Talk date is filled out
  13. Details about the Promotion AE is sent out
  14. Start of Promo AE is sent out
  15. Profile Published on Wordpress is either Yes or  User disagreed for profile to be published (you need to manually set this)
